Creating a block schedule in the morning and the afternoon is super helpful! I think I picked this up from college (I went to the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC when I was in my fashion designer phase).
It’s really easy to get into the swing of once you decide your top three to five things that you’d like to create and ‘get to’ to in a day.
Here’s what a typical day looks like when working from home:
Wake 7:30 AM/8 AM (depending on how late I went to sleep the night before)
